Server Status


Status legend: 

  = not running properly

  = may have intermittent problems and there may be a fix.

  = running properly


  • We are presently experiencing problems with our internet connection to our servers.  Some subscribers and trial users may not be able to log in or my experience slow search response times.

  • If you are unable to log in, click "Ok" to the  Exception #1 error message.  The "SortWizard Server Setup" window should now be displayed.  Check the SortWizard Server Web Page address.  The address must be: "63.136.86.160/get_a_server.asp".  If it is not that address, you will need to edit it accordingly in the SortWizard Server Web Page field.  Click "Ok" and you should now be logging in to a SortWizard server.  

    If you using a software version greater than 2.1 and ARE able to log in
    , go to File menu, select Servers, select SortWizard Server Setup and check the address in the SortWizard Server Web Page field.  The SortWizard Server Web Page must be changed to: 63.136.86.160/get_a_server.asp if it is not already set to that.

    If you using a software version prior to 2.1 you should update your software.

     
    Click here to test your connection.  This test should result in a response of either: "12.24.252.28:18" or "swserver.tzo.com:18". 
     

  • We have also switched from using port 20 to port 18.  If you get a login or expiration error and are using a firewall, you will need to open up port 18.
