Disclaimer and License Agreement

The Evaluator/Subscriber, you personally or the company or corporation you own or are affiliated with, hereafter "E/S" understands that stock trading involves a high degree of risk and the E/S could lose some or all of their capital.  The E/S also understands that they are solely responsible for doing their own research and determining the accuracy of information provided prior to deciding to buy or sell a security and for the gains or losses associated with any trades executed.  

The E/S also agrees that because of the 14 day free trial to evaluate the software, of the secure methodology for subscription authorization being used, of the lack of data feed availability or its accuracy, of errors in order entry or of any other reasons there can be no refunds on a subscription under any circumstances once the subscription has been processed.  E/S further agrees that once they have have placed an order and subscribed to use the SortWizard software that they agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement and disclaimer.  

The E/S further understands that the software is dependant upon the E/S's data feed supplier's or other servers for data, flawless transmission of that data via the internet, the availability of that data for use by the software and that possible errors in the software may exist.  The operation or performance of any data servers or source used or accessed by the SortWizard, the availability and timeliness of the data and the accuracy of the data that may be used or displayed from any data source or server can in no way be guaranteed under any circumstances.  The E/S also agrees not to create a competitive product nor participate in any such activity directly or indirectly nor contribute to such activity by providing this software, authorization codes or any other relevant information to any third party under any circumstances.  The E/S understands that the use of the SortWizard is licensed for use by only the E/S or user and that search results may not be, shared, broadcasted, copied, emailed or distributed in any form whatsoever without the express written authorization of Neo, Incorporated. 

By clicking on the "I Agree" button, the E/S agrees that they have read the above conditions, understands and agrees to those conditions without exception, and that the E/S or any other party using the E/S's software has no recourse, under any circumstances, with Neo, Incorporated (marketer), or IPS Technologies, Inc. (developer), their suppliers, employees or principals.  The E/S also understand that  will be prosecuted in the state of Missouri and to the fullest extent of the law for any financial damages or otherwise that may result from the breach of this agreement.  The E/S also agrees to be responsible for all legal expenses incurred by Neo, Incorporated and/or IPS Technologies, Inc. in securing a resolution in court or otherwise in enforcing this agreement.
