is available for a trial user and with each new customer subscription. The telephone support provided is intended to help you with software installation and
questions with respect to the functionality of the SortWizard. Most
questions we receive are answered in the Operating Instructions, Learning
Center, FAQs or Resource Center pages (see links on the black menu bar).
We request that you have at least read the Operating
Instructions, completed the Tutorial and have tested the samples and
strategies provided during trading hours before calling. If you demonstrate that you have not
completed the above, we reserve the right to ask you to do so prior to providing
additional support.
Should your call be received by an
answering service, that means the support line is busy. You are free to leave a
message, but our support is in-bound calls only*, so please call
back. *Only emergency calls relating to data feed functionality, subscription or
