Order and Renewal Policy
and
Cancellation Request
Please note the
following:
There
are no refunds on unused portions of subscriptions. To read the
Disclaimer and License agreement you agreed to when you requested the
trial and then again when you installed the software click
here.
When you order, you will be set up in a
program that will automatically renew your subscription
just prior to your subscription expiration so there will be no
interruption in your service.
Unless you cancel
the service, your subscription plan will be automatically renewed near
the end of the subscription period and you will be billed accordingly.
Renewal
cancellations requests must received no later than 5
working (trading) days PRIOR to the end of your
subscription. Approximately
2 days prior to your subscription expiring, your renewal will be
processed. Once the renewal has been processed it is
non-refundable.
A
subscription cancellation is not valid unless you have received a
confirmation by email. If you have not received a confirmation
after 3 days of sending in your cancellation request - call 314.567.0552
immediately.
Renewal cancellation
requests will not be processed on weekends or holidays and therefore
may take up to 3 days to be confirmed.
Every
time you log on to the SortWizard a window opens to remind your of the
number of day remain in the your subscription and you confirm by
clicking "OK". You can see how many days are remaining
on your subscription by going to SortWizard's menu bar and click on
"Help: then "About" and look for "Days
Remaining".
