PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
Development and installation of a keyline capture system to record actual magazine
production of magazines and provide database analysis to assist in the improvement of Time
Magazine subscriber delivery.
Developed the SortWizard real-time stock screening
search application and associated database applications.
Development and installation of a customized real time bundle control system to count,
stack, track and apply inkjet addressed top sheet to Time Magazine for Kids classroom
bundles.
Development and start up of a system to read variable information via barcode, magnetic
stripe or OCR, search a database using read variable information to personalize and
address products produced in the graphic industry
Development and start up of a system for scanning a pre addressed or coded product with
corresponding information residing in a database used to initiate demographic inserting
and personalization of the product and then provide a final verification of the product to
insure correct product production.
Development of a real time control system for counting, and stacking of product bundles
and print the associated top sheets and pallet tags.
Development of a customized real time control system for driving inkjet printers to
personalize, image and code products and provide production line routing control
capability.
