If you changed your Real Tick datafeed to another service, broker or account you will get the error the message:
"Invalid User Name". If you submitted the incorrect User
Name when you completed a form for a free trial or otherwise, you will
also get the same error.
The problem is an easy
one to fix. You just need to have the correct User Name. To find your User
Name go to: User Name
for an example. "This Information" as it is shown on your log-on
window is the needed information. If you can not find it that way, using the
Windows Find function, search your computer's hard drive for the Tal.ini file. Open
it in Notepad. Then look for the section heading "[USERINFO]". Find
"UserName=" in that section. The information to the right of the
"=" is your User Name. If all ease fails or you are unsure - please give
